EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY & SPORTS PERFORMANCE SERVICES 

At The Strength Agenda, we specialise in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and high performance. Our Allied Health team—led by Exercise Physiology as our primary service—delivers targeted, evidence-based interventions to support a wide range of needs, including chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurological conditions, osteoporosis/osteopenia, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Our professionally accredited Strength & Conditioning Coaches, recognised by the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), provide expert support across sports-related injuries, return-to-play programming, and long-term athlete development. Athletes of all levels benefit from both individualised and group-based strength & conditioning designed to optimise performance, reduce injury risk, and build lasting resilience. We also offer preventative health programs aimed at reducing risk factors and improving long-term wellbeing. Services are available under Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), WorkCover QLD & NSW, CTP insurance, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). All programs are tailored to your goals, capacity, and functional needs—ensuring you receive the right support at every stage of your health and performance journey.

OSTEOPOROSIS & OSTEOPENIA GROUP CLASSES

The Bone Collective is our specialised program designed to support individuals diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia through targeted, evidence-based exercise interventions. Our focus is on improving bone density, strength, balance, and functional capacity to reduce the risk of falls and fractures. We also welcome women in the pre-menopausal stage or those looking to take a preventative approach to bone health before a diagnosis. Whether you're managing a clinical condition or proactively investing in long-term bone strength, The Bone Collective offers a supportive, structured path to stronger, healthier living.

Sports performance services

ONCOLOGY INDIVIDUAL & GROUP SERVICES

The Oncology Collective is our specialised program designed for individuals diagnosed with cancer who are currently undergoing treatment—including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, and surgical recovery. Our evidence-based exercise interventions are aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of treatment and supporting the maintenance of functional tolerance during this time. Sessions focus on improving strength, aerobic capacity, fatigue management, balance, and overall physical resilience, helping participants better tolerate treatment demands while preserving independence and quality of life. We offer both individualised sessions for those requiring tailored support and group-based oncology classes that provide a safe, supervised, and encouraging environment. Participants benefit from structured, clinically informed programming as well as the sense of community and connection that comes from exercising alongside others with shared experiences. Whether you're navigating active treatment or working to rebuild strength and confidence thereafter, The Oncology Collective offers a supportive, evidence-led pathway to improved wellbeing, resilience, and long-term health.

CARDIOPULMONARY GROUP REHABILITATION

The CardioPulmonary Collective is our specialised program designed to support individuals recovering from life-changing cardiac and respiratory events, including heart attacks, cardiovascular procedures, COPD, emphysema, and other cardiopulmonary conditions. This program provides targeted, evidence-based exercise interventions aimed at improving cardiovascular and respiratory function, enhancing treatment effectiveness, and helping patients maintain functional capacity during recovery and long-term management. Our sessions focus on aerobic conditioning, strength development, breathing efficiency, fatigue management, and education around safe physical activity. We offer both individual sessions for those needing highly personalised guidance and group-based cardiopulmonary classes that deliver a safe, supervised, and supportive environment. Participants benefit from structured exercise programming designed to restore confidence, improve quality of life, and reduce the risk of future cardiac or respiratory events. Whether you are rebuilding after a significant health event or managing a chronic cardiopulmonary condition, The CardioPulmonary Collective provides a compassionate, clinically informed pathway to stronger heart and lung health, greater resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
