GETTING STARTED

BOOK AND ATTEND YOUR INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Whether you're aiming to improve your fitness, manage a chronic condition, or recover from an injury, your first step is a comprehensive Initial Assessment. Your Exercise Physiologist will: Discuss your medical history, previous and current injuries, health conditions, and medications. Conduct a full postural and movement assessment. Clarify your personal goals and what you'd like to achieve through exercise. This detailed process enables us to understand your unique needs and lay the foundation for a personalised program. Please arrive in comfortable, move-friendly clothing and enclosed footwear to ensure safety and support during your sessions. All sessions are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and may be eligible for private health rebates, subject to your provider and policy.

DEVELOPE A PERSONALISED PROGRAM

Using the insights from your assessment, your Exercise Physiologist will co-design a tailored exercise plan. This may include: One-on-one or small group sessions depending on your goals and preferences. A structured and progressive training plan that adapts as you improve. An optional home exercise plan to support your progress between sessions. Your management plan will clearly outline your pathway forward, helping you feel confident that you're in professional, supportive hands. Please arrive in comfortable, move-friendly clothing and enclosed footwear to ensure safety and support during your sessions. All sessions are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and may be eligible for private health rebates, subject to your provider and policy.

BEGIN YOUR STRUCTURED EXERCISE SESSION

Your sessions will be delivered in our state-of-the-art facility, designed for both clinical rehabilitation and athletic performance. Each session will: Be supervised and guided by your Exercise Physiologist. Prioritise safety, technique, and progressive overload. Be adjusted regularly based on your feedback and performance. We work alongside your healthcare providers to ensure a collaborative, team-based approach to your care. Please arrive in comfortable, move-friendly clothing and enclosed footwear to ensure safety and support during your sessions. All sessions are delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and may be eligible for private health rebates, subject to your provider and policy.

REVIEW, REASSESS AND PROGRESS

Ongoing progress is a key part of our approach. Your program will be regularly reassessed to ensure it aligns with your evolving goals and physical capacity. This includes: Progress reviews and program updates. Communication with your GP or specialists if required. Adjusting your home and in-clinic program to optimise outcomes. Please arrive in comfortable, move-friendly clothing and enclosed footwear to ensure safety and support during your sessions.
